More and more automakers are thinking about the production of unmanned vehicles. Ford Motor Co was no exception. The company has patented a new development, which in the future will be equipped with a company of this type - a pull-out round table equipped with airbags.
Of course, the developers thought about the convenience of passengers, having constructed the seats in such a way that they "gathered" around the table. Thus, the representatives of the company say, the car salon turns into a conference room or a room for family gatherings. At the table you can eat, play board games, and just work with a laptop. If the interior becomes unnecessary, it can be removed back to the floor.
This is not the first patented novelty from the American auto giant. This summer, the company received the rights to an unusual chair, which is able to independently exit the car, thanks to special hinge devices. And the company promised to bring its first car, which will not need a driver, to the market by 2021.
