By Popular Demand: Ford Bronco gains new Sasquatch M/T version

The Bronco fan community addressed Ford Motor Company with a petition in early August, asking to start shipping the Bronco SUV with the Sasquatch off-road package AND manual transmission. Today, the company has officially granted that wish.

The Sasquatch package, which had previously only been available with ten-speed automatic transmission, can now be obtained along with just about any Bronco on the lineup. It includes 17-inch beadlock wheels, 35-inch Goodyear tires, Dana axles with electronic locks, Bilstein shock absorbers, wheel arch extensions, a suspension lift kit, and another kit for a wider track (+50mm / +2”).

The stick-shift Bronco Sasquatch will go on sale in late 2021, while the regular Bronco should hit the showrooms in June. Ford warns that, due to the sheer bulk of pre-orders already received, some buyers will have to wait until next fall to grab their Bronco.
