Everglades, a special edition named after a national park in Florida known for its tropical swamps, joins the already impressive Ford Bronco lineup in the USA. Most of the upgrades on the car actively help it navigate mud and water.
A snorkel pipe is a part of the base spec, which along with some transmission upgrades enables the SUV to wade rivers up to 924.5 millimeters (3 feet) tall. Underbody protection, 35-inch mud tires, beadlock wheels, Bilstein shocks and a Warn winch are all included as well.
On the outside, you will tell the Bronco Everglades from the stock SUV by its expanded arches, roof rack and front fender stickers. The interior makes use of washable trim materials and houses a SYNC 4 infotainment unit with a 12-inch display.
Power comes from an EcoBoost engine rated at 300 PS (296 hp / 221 kW) and 440 Nm (325 lb-ft). Pricing starts from $53,000.
