A restomod of a 43-year-old Ford Bronco is up for sale in the USA, and the top bid is at $112,500. The classic off-roader underwent a full restoration in 2011, ending up with new suspension, cabin and drivetrain (5.0L V8 + 6G A/T).
The restorer has refurbished the bodywork, added a removable top and made the tailgate automatic. The original black-and-orange color scheme with chrome accents was preserved.
Additions in the cabin included a new dashboard, a Kicker audio system with vintage-style headphones, red leather trim all around, and climate control.
Elsewhere, the restomod boasts Rancho shocks, Warn wheel hubs, upgraded brakes, 17-inch forged wheels wrapped in BFGoodrich off-road rubber, and a custom steering mechanism.
Power remains undiscussed, but the seller claims the engine features a new intercooler and exhaust manifolds, among other things. Cooling has been reworked all around, too, and there is a two-range transfer case on board.
The new Ford Bronco Raptor debuted at the beginning of the year priced from $68,500 USD.
