The revived Ford Bronco is so popular that Ford is unable to keep up with the demand. In the meantime, you may consider going for a 43-year-old original Bronco restored and modernized with a potent V8 under the hood.
The listing neglects to mention power output, but the Coyote-series crate engine normally has five liters of displacement and 466 PS (460 hp / 343 kW) at its disposal. For comparison, the original Bronco had 177 PS (175 hp / 130 kW) under its command.
As a Ranger XLT spec, the car comes with plenty of interior space. It is a five-seater with two buckets at the front row, a bench for three behind them, and a spacious trunk area in the back. A thorough restoration completed a couple of years ago left the car in museum-worthy condition with pristine-looking exterior and cabin.
Elsewhere, the restomod boasts Wilwood brakes, aftermarket wheels clad in all-terrain rubber, Fox dampers and a touch over 5,000 km (3,200 miles) on the odo post-restoration.
The same Bronco fetched $213,000 at an auction a year ago, but this time around, the bidding has only reached $84,000. Then again, it is still on sale with one day remaining on the clock.
