Rumors dating back to October 2021 claimed that Ford was preparing a limited run of ‘Heritage Edition’ Broncos for debut, which would reside one step above the Wildtrak spec in the Bronco lineup. It now looks like the SUV has been revealed on detailed spy photos.
There is barely any camo in view, perhaps because the car looks largely stock from a distance. A closer inspection reveals a red ‘Ford’ logo on the front grille, though, which is by no means standard.
The rumors had claimed that the Heritage series would ship with a contrasting white roof, but the top is black on this new Bronco. It also seems to have a Black Diamond front grille and wheels somewhat similar to those of the Bronco Everglades (see video). Finally, the car makes active use of Sasquatch Package components, confirming our initial suspicions that it will ship with all kinds of pre-installed equipment and options.
When the alleged Heritage Edition reaches the market, it will likely cost around $50,000. The premiere is expected in a few weeks from now.
