Velocity Modern Classics, from Florida, has completed its work on an opulent 1966 Ford Bronco restomod. Despite being well into its sixth decade, the vehicle looks like something that just rolled off the assembly line and rocks a beefy 5.0-liter Coyote V8 in its engine compartment.
Once all signs of age were eliminated, the exterior was resprayed in a bluish-grey tint and the interior draped in a tender shade of brown leather for a pleasing contrast. The steering column was made adjustable, the analog dashboard made room for a modern digital one, and climate control was installed on board along with a Pioneer radio. Despite the massive roll cage, the car still has its rear seat row in place, ready to take up to four people on a joyride.
From the technical perspective, the open SUV rides on new axles, makes use of Wilwood hydraulic brakes, shines LED lights on the road and makes its V8 heard through a one-off, purpose-built exhaust system. Meticulously polished Mickey Thompson wheels wear BF Goodrich AT T/A rubber for on- and off-road flexibility.
The pricing details are unknown.
