Ford continues struggling to meet the demand for the new Bronco SUV, which is still on a long backorder queue. According to CarsDirect, the company is actually paying out $2,500 bonuses to customers who canceled their 2023 Bronco order in favor of a different vehicle. The incentive will last until April 3, 2023.
Among other models, Ford dealerships urge clients to consider such alternatives as the Escape, Explorer, Expedition, F-150, Ranger, and the downsized Bronco Sport. The Maverick and the Mustang are also participating in the promo.
Should the options listed not appeal to you enough, you can also sweeten up the pill by letting the company cancel some of the trim and tech options in your Bronco order. As a result, you will be getting the SUV sooner along with a $2,500 bonus for the inconvenience.
