The Ford- Jangling Motor joint enterprise will begin producing Bronco SUVs in China by the beginning of the next year, CarNewsChina reports citing unconfirmed sources.
According to these reports, the local version of the off-roader will use a 2.3-liter, 275-PS (271-hp / 202-kW) engine developed by Changan-Ford and an eight-speed automatic transmission. Buyers will get multiple exterior finish and wheel design options to choose from, but the door count will likely be fixed at four.
Sales are expected to begin in 2024.
