World’s first Ford Bronco EV now available for pre-ordering

Zero Labs Automotive, a car restoration company based in Los-Angeles, USA, has announced a limited series of Ford Bronco restomods featuring an all-electric powertrain and on-demand AWD. You may preorder your SUV today starting from U.S. $250,000.

The series will consist of 150 cars. Each one will get carbon bodywork, Fox adjustable shocks, front and rear differentials, and Brembo performance brakes.

The manufacturer will strive to keep the original cabin layout mostly intact while re-upholstering the seats with real or imitation leather and adding ornamental nutwood/bamboo inserts where you want them. It will also make the dashboard fully digital.

The Ford Bronco by Zero Labs Automotive comes powered by a Borg Warner engine rated at 374 hp (279 kW) and 240 Nm (177 lbft) of torque. Plugged into a 70 kWh battery, the unit ensures that the car has at least 306 kilometers (190 miles) of range once fully charged. A five-speed manual transmission with a two-speed transfer case is responsible for bringing the power to the wheels.
