Blue Oval fans did not anticipate the compact-sized Bronco Sport quite as feverishly as its body-on-frame big brother, but it has still garnered 5,100 pre-orders last December. Unsurprisingly, Ford reasoned that a handful of paid accessories would be nice to have.
The catalog currently lists as many as five different Yakima packages, one of which targets active leisure enthusiasts and adds a roof rack with transverse rails, as well as a bike rack for two.
Another one targets water sports lovers and comes with a kayak rack and a tent. Those into winter sports will also find something to their liking, specifically a fixture for a couple skis or snowboards.
All packages will become available in spring.
