Ford of Europe has declared its intention to expand the current Active car lineup in Europe, complementing the Fiesta Active and Focus Active with a similar version of its EcoSport CUV.
The first teaser pic only reveals the front right wheel arch of the car with a plastic fender and an “Active” badge on it. We will learn more on November 6 when the car premieres online.
The active-leisure-oriented Focus and Fiesta feature plastic body kit parts, added ride height and sporty-looking accents. It remains to be seen what the new EcoSport version will land with. According to Ford of Europe General Manager Roelant de Waard, off-road styling and new capabilities are both on the list.
