The U.S. automotive giant Ford Motor Company has unveiled the next generation of Ford Edge SUVs intended for the European market. The model shall see its official premiere at the Geneva Motor Show 2018 opening in a couple weeks.
The updated European off-roader has quite a few visual differences from its current-gen North American counterpart, including the radiator grille, LED lights, both bumpers, and the hood cover. The interior of the new Ford Edge sports a new dashboard along with an assortment of assistance and comfort-oriented features.
Well-to-do Ford fans may consider purchasing a Ford Edge ST-Line with its shiny black body accents, exclusively designed 20” wheels, and premium Miko-Dinamica seats.
The vehicle is driven by a 2.0L, 235-horse EcoBoost V4 coupled with an 8-speed automatic transmission and 4WD. Cheaper variants of the same engine ranging from 150 to 190 hp will be made available for the customers in Europe as well.
The first vehicles will roll to their respective owners towards the end of 2018.
