Ford will reveal multiple variants of the facelifted Expedition SUV next year, including a powerful ST (for the first time on record) and a cross-country-capable Timberline. The latter has just been spotted testing on public roads.
The car no longer wears as much disguise as before, revealing C-shaped LED DRLs and turn blinkers composed from three short stripes stacked on each other. There are two orange towing eyes under the bumper and a Timberline badge under the right headlight (three mountain peaks).
Like the Explorer Timberline shown in the attached video, the Expedition will most likely get handling and suspension tweaks, as well as a different interior and exterior trim. The stock 3.5-liter six-pot might get a boost as well.
