Arctic Trucks has revealed its upcoming custom version of the Ford F-150 specifically adapted to driving off-road in colder climates. The pickup truck boasts Nokian tires measuring a whopping 44 inches in diameter, among other features.
The list goes on to mention lifted suspension based on upgraded components, extended wheel arches, and additional lighting. According to Arctic Trucks, the project is not quite complete yet, but CEO Emil Grimsson drove one of the test cars two weeks ago and was satisfied with its performance.
The kit under development is called AT44. Later on, the tuner may release other customization kits for the F-150, more affordable and with smaller tire sizes.
By the way, this is the first time the Iceland-based company works with a North American truck. Until now, it has predominantly upgraded Japan-made SUVs.
