The SEMA tuning show may be over, but the trickle of interesting projects worth telling you about isn’t feeling like drying up quite yet. Today, let us throw a glimpse at this retro-styled Ford F-250 turned into a camping truck.
This isn’t what you’d call a motorhome: LGE-CTS Motorsports decided to keep the truck bed available for your other needs, rather than occupying it with a bulky living room pod. But the equipment for adventure lovers is still there, including a spacious tent, folding chairs, a fridge with a freezer, a gas stove, and other handy utensils.
The truck bed itself has been upgraded to a Pronghorn bed with a Pelikan tonneau cover and a spare wheel on the tailgate. Rigid Industries lighting was installed on the front bumper and the roof.
Other noteworthy upgrades included a front winch, a suspension lift kit (ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage, 115 mm / 4.5 inches, air suspension + Hellwig stabilizers), 18-inch Method Race wheels, and 37-inch BFGoodrich Mud Terrain tires.
