Man welds two Ford utility vehicles into one

David Stockman, from the USA, had originally wanted to engine-swap his Ford Excursion with the diesel engine taken from an old F-250 Super Duty, but then he had a better idea.

He took the rear end of the Excursion SUV and welded it onto the frame and front body of the pickup truck. He then borrowed the radiator grille, the front fenders and the hood cover from a more up-to-date F-250 than the one he had. He called the result ‘Super Bronco’.

Open the door, and you will see elements borrowed from such exclusivities ass the F-150 King Ranch and the Lincoln MKX.

The Frankencar comes powered by a six-liter diesel engine churning out around 400 hp (300 kW) in tandem with an automatic transmission and AWD.
