Those who feel that the Ford Super Duty Tremor (see video) is not the most capable truck out there can opt for the newest F-250 Super Baja, which Shelby American is producing in a run limited to just 250 units. Every unit gets suspension tweaks, a 10-speed A/T and a high-end diesel engine.
Specifically, the car makes use of a 6.7-liter diesel rated at 481 PS (475 hp / 354 kW) and 1,424 Nm (1,050 lb-ft) of torque. It takes advantage of BDS suspension components, Fox 2.5 shocks with adjustable parameters, and 18-inch alloys wrapped in 37-inch BF Goodrich KM3 tires.
The body kit encompasses fender flares painted to match the main color, a custom radiator grille, assorted black accents, stainless-steel bumpers, a hood with an air scoop, robust side steps, and extra LED lights in the bumpers and on the roof.
The cabin sports a clean-looking stainless-steel dashboard, leather upholstery interspersed with carbon accents, unique pedal pads, special floor mats, and assorted badges and plaques to show for the truck being limited edition.
Prices begin at U.S. $125,805, which includes the $62,590 for the F-250 Super Duty Lariat Ultimate 4x4 6.7 donor vehicle.
