YouTuber WhistlinDiesel paid a hefty sum in U.S. dollars for this diesel-powered truck – only to have to surrender it to frozen mud afterwards.
He had counted on the truck’s AnyLevelLift hydraulic suspension and 330 millimeters of ground clearance to save the day, but they proved not enough. Ultimately, the body gave in in several places and the front driveshaft broke. Watch the video if you can stand the sight.
On a related note, the entire Ford F-Series Super Duty range – which the F-350 is a part of – received an upgrade for its V8 6.7 PowerStroke diesel unit and ten-speed auto gearbox last fall. The output of the diesel mill currently amounts to 482 hp (360 kW) and 1,424 Nm (1,050 lb-ft) of torque.
