Good news for Europe: Ford has begun testing its new Focus Active, which now sports a bump in ride height and Mondeo styling cues.
The latter includes the radiator grille and the DRLs. There are also changes in the front bumper, headlights and taillights (slimmer than before).
The company has already updated the Focus in the summer of 2020, landing it with a mild EcoBoost Hybrid system and a 12.3-inch digital dashboard like that of the Escape/Kuga. We expect the Active model to ship with a plug-in hybrid powertrain, although this has not been confirmed yet.
