Superformance Ford GT40 restomod takes you back to the 60s

You have probably heard about car company Superformance as a manufacturer of 1960s-era continuation sports cars, particularly the Shelby Daytona. Today, however, the shop came out with a much more impressive project: a restomod of the Ford GT40 racecar, complete with a powerful modern engine.

The vehicle is now driven by a 3.5-liter V6 twin-turbo engine pumping out 647 hp (482 kW). It also features a Magnaflow exhaust, Ridetech Shockwave suspension and HRE wheels.

On the outside, the racecar sports an all-new Superformance body kit with an enormous rear wing. It wears the red, white and blue livery of the original GT40 and is currently exhibited at the SEMA show in Las-Vegas. Still, if you are interested in buying it, you may contact the company for a price quotation.
