As for the Ford Mustang Mach-E, you can already pre-order your own SUV now, as long as you are prepared to wait until late 2020 or early 2021 for the shipment. The First Edition batch has been sold out completely by now, with many buyers opting for expensive options, such as AWD or larger battery size.
