Check out a hot rod limo fused together from two antique Fords

A stretch limo molded from a pair of 1931 Ford Model A cars is on sale right now with less than 80 km (50 miles) of post-conversion mileage and an asking price of $75,000.

The body is stainless steel and has only three doors – one at the left and two at the right side. The front fenders were made using original Ford parts, while the rear ones were designed from scratch. Elsewhere, the bizarre and unique car sports multi-spoke wheels, whitewall tires, and a chest sitting on a small platform in the back, probably serving as the trunk.

The interior is all custom with new seats and steering wheel at the front end, as well as a vintage instrument cluster located in the middle of the dashboard. A leather sofa dominates the main passenger compartment, and the lighting inside is LED-based.

Power comes from a 7.5-liter V8 rated at 375 PS (370 hp / 276 kW) in tandem with a Ford three-speed auto transmission.

The seller claims the project cost over $80,000 to carry out, implying that the selling price is below that cost. It remains without comment why no one has used the car since it was finished, though. It is possible that the original owner wanted to make a show car out of it, but very unlikely since they reportedly went through the pain of making it street-legal.
