It is a bit odd how popular wide body kits for the Ford Mustang GT are. The muscle car is bulky enough in its stock form and therefore doesn’t really need extra wide fender flares. Its aerodynamics, on the other hand, could use some polish. And this is precisely what Maxton Design targets with its latest Mustang body kit.
The North American vehicle receives an enormous front splitter held by two bars, a redesigned radiator grille, side skirt extensions and a rear apron extension that looks like a diffusor. And the best thing is, all parts can be mounted using factory mount points, meaning you can safely remove them when no longer desired.
Among other things, the tuned Mustang sports completely blacked-out windows, sporty pinstripes and logos, and a sports exhaust system with four stainless-steel pipes. It also rides on a set of 20-inch Ferrada FR4 forged aluminum wheels that fill out their arches nicely due to extremely low suspension.
