Ford has shared a short video that provides a brief glimpse onto its upcoming battery SUV with a Mustang vibe to it, along with the launch date: November 18, 2019.
The outlines of the SUV are unmistakably Mustang, as are the headlights and the curves. The radiator grille will also likely turn out to be the same.
Ford hasn’t told us the name of the car yet. Rumors used to refer to it as the ‘Mustang Mach-E’, but the latest leak suggests that ‘Maverick’ is more likely.
The only official bit of information available right now is the driving range. The company claims the new EV can cover up to 370 miles (600 kilometers), according to the WLTP measurement method.
