Take a closer glance at this deceptively stylized Mustang: it ain’t a GT350H Eleanor, despite some common visual cues. Pierce through the guise, and you will discover a unique and exciting restomod.
The 1968MY vehicle went through a complete restoration, ending up with a fresh paint coat, a glass-fiber body kit, a custom-built exhaust system and headlights framed with LED DRLs. Modern niceties include per-wheel suspension and 3:15 gear ratio. Putting ‘muscle’ into ‘muscle car’ is a 7.0-liter Windsor V8 rated at 550 hp (410 kW).
The interior flaunts its own share of highlights, such as a Classic Instruments dashboard and a high-end audio system with a 1,000-watt amplifier capable of some truly impressive sound. Watch the 10-minute long video to learn more about this engrossing project.
