Bring a Trailer is offering a rather unusual Mustang GT for sale with a supercharged 5.0-liter Pro Dyno V8 under the hood and enough power to make the Shelby GT500 worried. The price is not available, but we would not expect any discounts.
The first thing that catches the eye is a vivid Grabber Blue paintjob. The rear spoiler comes from the abovementioned GT500, while the side skirts look borrowed from the Boss 302. Three-piece True Forged Chicane 20” wheels fill out the arches wrapped in Continental ExtremeContact tires and adorned with Pro Dyno hubcaps. Blue Baer calipers round things off on the outside.
The cabin has new seats, steering wheel, floor mats, and audio system. Blue accents and silver ornaments liven up the predominantly black leather upholstery, and a 10-inch Kicker subwoofer resides in the trunk.
The engine gets assistance from a 2.9-liter Whipple supercharger, a cold air intake system, a Roush fuel system, a Kooks exhaust manifold, different injectors, and a GT500 exhaust. As a result, the restomod has 669 PS (660 hp / 492 kW) of power and 735 Nm (542 lb-ft) of torque under its command. A six-speed manual transmission carries the momentum to the rear wheels through a racing-spec dual-plate coupling.
