Legendary Ford Mustang Bullit makes a comeback

A special edition of the Ford Mustang sports car, titled Bullit, will be available for everyone to see at the Geneva International Motor Show opening for the public in a few days.

The special series is meant to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the movie with the same name whose protagonist, played by Steve McQuinn, drove a unique Ford Mustang 1968. Thanks to its appearance on the big screen, the sports car quickly became the dream vehicle for many a million people.

The ‘reborn’ Ford Mustang Bullit comes equipped with a mighty 5.0L V8 engine good for 457 hp and a six-speed manual gearbox. It can accelerate to a maximum of 270 km/h (168 mph).

Those interested in purchasing the new Ford Mustang Bullit will be offered two colors to pick from. The car is guaranteed to stand out in traffic because of its flashy, chrome-coated radiator grille and a unique 19” light alloy wheel set. Its interior will offer such modern conveniences as a digital, touch-enabled dashboard, a powerful speaker set, and comfortable sports seats.

The car is scheduled for European market debut in 2H 2018.
