The North American car manufacturer Ford has announced the forthcoming limited-series release of Mustang GT Convertible California Special. The vehicle will be closely styled after its ancestor model produced all the way back in 1968.
In comparison to the mass-issue Ford Mustang GT Convertible, California Special has uniquely styled radiator grille and LED headlights, a hip aerodynamic body kit, and a set of designer wheels. Its interior makes intensive use of expensive leather and suede, and comes with a modern infotainment system and powerful speakers. Several new body color options are available in the limited series.
As far as the engine, however, the new Ford Mustang GT Convertible California Special still relies on the stock 5.0-liter V8 unit capable of 460 hp and 570 Nm of torque.
