Reports: Ford Mustang GTD buyers slapped with no-resale agreement

According to Ford Authority citing its own sources, all customers who preordered the hardcore Mustang GTD are being forced to sign an additional agreement according to which they will not be able to sell their cars for two years.

The company argues that it wants to deliver the most powerful and driver-focused Mustang models ever made to drivers who will appreciate them, not profit-chasing flippers.

Ford did the same with the mid-engined GT supercar that was permanently retired around three years ago.
