Ford has confirmed that its next all-electric car will be called the Mustang Mach-E, referencing its iconic U.S. best-seller, as well as the classical Mach 1.
This is interesting because, similar exterior styling aside, the new car has little to nothing in common with the Mustang series.
The official reveal will occur on Sunday, November 17, 2019, with pre-orders opening immediately after (requires an advance payment of U.S. $500). The Mustang Mach-E First Edition will be the first to hit the showrooms, followed by the main series a couple months later.
