Can you truly alter the way a sports car looks by replacing brake lights alone? Apparently, you can, even though it can take some experimentation.
This Shelby Mustang GT350 has recently cropped up on sale with 11,610 km (7,214 miles) on the clock. It boasts an elegant grey paintjob with black stripes and red accents decorating its splitter, hood, and fender intakes. The details make it unexpectedly resemble the Ferrari F12 berlinetta, if only a bit. Quad tailpipes and Brembo brake calipers complement the image nicely, as do 19-inch black wheels wrapped in Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires.
However, the real eye-catcher comes in the shape of round Ford GT tail lamps. It is quite astonishing how a minor detail like this can completely change perception, isn’t it?
Sourcing a pair of lights from a supercar is not necessary, since a number of aftermarket vendors are offering it. One example would be Raxiom, which you can see in the attached video.
