Roush is a brand name most commonly associated worldwide with styling kits and supercharger upgrades for Ford Mustangs. Its founder Jack Roush Jr. had never worked with mid-size pickups before – but the 2020 Ford Ranger must have won him over.
Options are currently available for the EcoBoost 2.3 spec that packs 270 hp (200 kW) and 420 Nm (310 lb-ft) of torque. Big power upgrades aren’t here yet, but customers may already opt for a high-performance exhaust system with dual large-diameter tailpipes. Also on offer are Fox shocks for greater comfort and easier handling in off-road conditions, as well as 18-inch wheels shod with 32-inch Grabber A/TX tires.
The pickup on display boasts a new radiator grille with inbuilt DRLs, towing hooks, puddle lamps, fender extensions and a plethora of other minor components.
Wrapping things up is an interior makeover that involves high-quality leather, diamond stitching patterns, all-weather mats and serial number plaques. The entire set comes at a $12,750 premium over the base Ranger.
