Ford has announced the base price of the new Ranger Raptor performance pickup truck. The vehicle will first enter the market in Australia priced at what amounts to 74,990 US dollars.
The Australian Ford Ranger Raptor comes equipped with a two-liter diesel engine capable of 210 hp (~157 kW) and 500 Nm (~370 lb·ft) of torque. It also features reworked suspension, designer-made 17-inch wheels, off-road tires, new brakes and additional lower-body protection.
In contrast to its base counterpart, the performance-laden Ford Ranger Raptor pickup truck gets differently shaped bumpers, redesigned LED headlamps, and high-quality, predominantly black interior trimming.
