The U.S.-based Ford Motor Company revealed its updated 2019 Ford Ranger pickup truck series a few days ago. Now we know how much it will cost once it hits the market.
The entry-level 2019 ford Ranger will cost its buyers nearly 28,000 U.S. dollars. The first batches will reach Australia in September, with other markets following shortly afterwards.
The Australian version of the pickup will be available in four trim levels – XL, XLS, XLT, and Wildtrak – and at least three body designs. The base trim will sell for the equivalent of U.S. $28,000, which means $300 above the preceding model. The top trim level will sell for U.S. $64,000.
The engine palette consists of three engines between 2.0 and 3.2 liters large. Transmission options include 10-speed automatic, 6-speed manual, and 6-speed automatic. Optional packages and accessories will be offered at between U.S. $500 and $1,950.
