Caravan Outfitter rolls out a 2022 update for its Free Bird camper

Competing in the campervan segment of the market has become difficult lately due to the abundant offer, but Caravan Outfitter shows its dedication to its products by refreshing the Free Bird RV for 2022.

It is still based on the same Ford Transit Connect platform, but offers more interior comfort thanks to a large folding bed for two and a fully stocked kitchen. The kitchen consists of retractable modules and offers a tabletop, a gas stove powered by a per-installed gas can, and a sink connected to a modest-sized used water tank.

Aside from the duo in the van, two more adventurers can sleep in the roof tent accessible by a ladder. The tent is a $395 option. Further extras include an awning ($850) and a bike rack ($770).

Pre-orders will start this weekend, so stay tuned if you would like to learn the pricing for the main RV.
