Geely has given its three-year-old Monjaro CUV a slight refresh in China and now offers it starting from 157,700 Yuan, a considerable discount from the pre-facelift version’s 168,200 Yuan.
Compared to the original (see video), the 2024 Monjaro gets two new wheel options 19 and 20 inches large. There are fresh leather and Alcantara trim variants on the list, as well as an exclusive Matte Grey exterior finish. The gas-powered version of the car retains its old 2.0-liter engine with 238 PS (235 hp / 175 kW) and 350 Nm (258 lb-ft) of torque.
The hybrid version has changed more significantly. Starting on the outside, it has a revised radiator grille and bumper, as well as a more powerful 1.5-liter engine in the system. While the old one was rated at 150 PS (148 hp / 110 kW), the new one brings 163 PS (161 hp / 120 kW) to the table. Unfortunately, Geely has neither revealed the combined hybrid power rating nor the price yet.
Those buying the electrified Geely Monjaro get LED Matrix headlights already included in the base spec, 19-inch wheels, an infotainment system consisting of three 12.3-inch displays, climate control and surround view cameras.
