The South Korean automaker is allegedly getting a coupe-shaped variant of its GV80 SUV ready to rumble in July.
It seems unlikely that Genesis would change much in the formula of the car (see the photos and the video attached), aside from giving it a slanted roofline. The powertrain should remain unchanged, making the newcomer a rival of the Audi Q8, BMW X6 and the Mercedes-Benz GLE Coupe, among others.
In other news, media have recently learned that the GV80 could be getting a BEV version soon: Genesis patented six new EV designations not long ago, including a telltale ‘GV80e’.
