General Motors has unveiled the first teaser image showing the upper outline of its forthcoming all-electric pickup truck. It has also announced an upgrade of its D-HAM factory in Detroit aimed at EV production.
Mark L. Reuss, President of GM, said during the latest press conference that the car would give a start to a whole range of GM-branded nature-friendly trucks expected to hit the market over the next few years.
According to rumors, the vehicle would cost around U.S. $90,000, which is substantially higher even than the price tag of the maxed-out GMC Sierra Denali HD ($56,600).
Soon after the truck goes into production, the company plans to start assembling self-driving minibuses (watch the video for more).
