The latest promotion video of the GMC Hummer EV features NBA star LeBron James and a host of crabs walking in the city.
The opening scene shows a single yellowish crab climbing a rock with thousands of others slowly emerging from the sea. The crustaceans skittle into the city making sure to observe traffic regulations, shock the passers-by, and are shocked themselves upon seeing a dish of seafood specialties.
Finally, they make it to a GMC Hummer EV with LeBron James behind the steering wheel. He smiles and activates CrabWalk Mode on the console, turning all four wheels of the electric truck in one direction. He then carefully sidles through the crab throng to a cheer of thousands of tiny pincers.
The first Hummer EV are already being delivered to their buyers, albeit slowly. The automaker reports having received 59,000 orders thus far.
