Hennessey Performance shared the first teaser of a new Venom F5 modification yesterday, spurring rumors about a track-focused version coming up soon. Well, here it is!
Dubbed the Venom F5 Revolution, the model is heavily track-focused, but manages to remain road-legal. From the outside, it looks different from the base F5 supercar (in the enclosed video) thanks to a carbon-fiber rear wing you can adjust manually. The wing is said to generate 363 kilograms (800 pounds) of downforce at 400 km/h (248 mph). A roof scoop has also been added.
Other modifications included a larger front splitter, a stretched rear diffuser, and reworked front bumper canards. The engine remains the same, but it’s not like many of us would mind the standard output of 1,842 PS (1,817 hp / 1,355 kW).
Only 24 units will be made and sold starting from $2,700,000.
