The gorgeous HSV GTSR W1 Maloo shares the chassis with the Holden-branded sedan of the same name. The company only ever produced 275 of those, out of which only four received the truck bed. No one outside of Holden itself could order one for themselves, although Walkinshaw later upfitted a few regular GTS-R Maloos to W1 spec.
The muscular ride draws its power from a supercharged LS9 V8 6.2 capable of 645 PS (636 hp / 474 kW) and 815 Nm (600 lb-ft) of torque. A six-speed manual gearbox directs the power to the rear end.
The car, which reportedly only has 681 km (423 miles) under its belt, goes for $675,000 AUD right now, plus a 7.5% auction fee. Translated into U.S. dollars, the total amount exceeds $500,000, and the auction is not even over yet.
