Honda reveals an all-new battery car for Europe

The Japanese carmaker Honda has held a presentation of an all-new electric car based on the Honda Urban EV Concept and meant exclusively for the European market. The concept vehicle debuted at the IAA Frankfurt last year, while the car itself is available for everyone to see at the ongoing Geneva International Motor Show 2018 in Switzerland.

According to a representative of the company, it will not be long until the new Honda Urban EV Concept goes into production – after all, it is scheduled for market release in early 2019. Its design will closely follow that of the concept model, which had earlier received much praise on behalf of industry professionals and car enthusiasts alike.

Regrettably, that’s about all we know right now about the forthcoming compact vehicle. Its technical specifications are undisclosed, and it’s worth noting that even the name ‘Honda Urban EV’ is provisional and subject to change later.
