Japanese company is going to present two new modifications of sedan. Their debut will take place within New York auto show, which will be opened on April 14. Honda will show hybrid and fully electric Clarity variations. On a teaser modified Clarity is imprinted with hydrogen Clarity Fuel Cell model, which is already on sale.
Honda Clarity Electric electrocar received rather modest power reserve of 129 km. At the same time the cost of the innovation won't bite as price labels of other popular electric cars. The power reserve of a hybrid is even less — 64 km. The "supereconomical" petrol motor of the power plant, which, as experts think, won't get a connection with the axes and will be used as a generator for the electric motor. Honda does the main bet on a hybrid.
The equipment of all modifications of Clarity includes an infotainment system with the possibility of synchronization with the smartphone, as well as a corporate package Honda Sensing, which includes several security systems and smart assistants. The body will receive an aerodynamic dodger and original design elements. Honda promises that drivers of new Clarity will be able to enjoy good dynamics and excellent steering of their cars.
