Honda Avancier goes through another mid-gen refresh

Honda has a UR-V twin on China market called the Avancier. The former was refreshed in June this year, and the latter has followed suit today.

The facelift went the same route as the UR-V. The crossover SUVs are basically identical except for minor design differences; the tech stays the same.

You can recognize the 2024 Honda Avancier by its chrome bumper trim, enlarged logo and new 19-inch wheels. For the first time on record, the model gets a black-out pack called Magic Night. It also continues to be available with a Sports package including new front fascia details and a rear bumper trim.

Inside, the front panel is new and the infotainment display now sits above it, rather than being integrated into the console like before. The screen itself has been boosted to 10.1 inches of diagonal size.

In its most basic form, the Avancier uses a 1.5-liter ICE powertrain with 188 PS (185 hp / 138 kW) at the output end and a variable transmission. Opting for the top spec gets you a nine-speed automatic box and 261 PS (257 hp / 192 kW).
