Honda revealed a new Civic prototype last fall and followed up with a few shots of the production car in April. Now, a Platinum White sedan was photographed parked near the company HQ in Torrance, California.
The next generation is 33 mm (1.3”) longer than the previous one and has 36 mm (1.4”) more space between the axles. It sports a long hood, a revised waistline and sharply defined lighting. A seven-inch touchscreen display and a part-digital dashboard are the main interior highlights.
Power comes from a 2.0-liter naturally aspirated engine worth 158 PS (156 hp / 116 kW) or a 1.5-liter turbo rated at 182 PS (179 hp / 134 kW). Both link to the same CVT transmission and front-wheel drive system.
