The Civic Type R has remained at the pinnacle of the hot hatchback line since its launch, and the latest Limited Edition improves upon the already good facelift version from last year.
Honda will be making 600 Limited Edition units for North America priced starting from $43,995, marking a $6,500 premium over the standard trim. For their money, buyers will get a vivid yellow exterior paint with black side mirror housings, roof and hood vents. Also included are forged wheels shod in sports-grade rubber.
The 2.0-liter turbo-four under the hood stays stock at 306 PS (302 hp / 225 kW) and 400 Nm (295 lb-ft) of torque.
