Honda HR-V takes a fashion lesson from Mugen

Hardly had Honda introduced its new HR-V in Europe (a.k.a. Vezel in Japan) when Mugen came out with a solid range of aftermarket accessories for it. Care to get a better look?

The list opens with a rather elaborate aerodynamic kit that highlights the aesthetics of the dual-tone crossover SUV without contradicting it too much. Included are multiple tailgate and roof spoiler options, air deflectors, radiator grille inserts, and bumper add-ons for both ends.

Those interested in maxing out the sportiness of their ride may opt for lightweight and robust 18-inch alloy rims also finished in dual tones. Big powertrain upgrades aren’t there yet, but you can at least get a custom exhaust system and an air filter the likes of those used in Super GT and Super Formula racing series.
