After revealing the exterior appearance of the new HR-V for the American market, Honda has now supplied new details, showing us the trunk area and other interior details.
The photo of the trunk was made with the rear seats folded down and the dash panel partially visible, sporting a design very close to that of the latest Civic. You can also see the infotainment system screen with a honeycomb mesh underneath and physical HVAC controls.
It is official that the next-gen HR-V comes based on the same chassis and tech as the Honda Civic. The manufacturer stays silent about power options, but we expect the same engines as in the hatchback. This covers a 2.0-liter four-cylinder and a 1.5-liter turbo.
