Japanese tune-up shop Mugen has confirmed its participation in the upcoming 2023 Tokyo Auto Salon with a custom take on the ZR-V crossover.
The ZR-V is essentially the North American market version of the HR-V, which you can find in the enclosed video. Compared to the stock model, the show car boasts quad exhaust tips and a rather wonky-looking spoiler, as well as a number of black decals contrasting with the white body.
The blackout theme spreads as far as the rear bumper, roof spoiler, voluminous side skirts, radiator grille and side view mirrors complete with new aerodynamic parts. A custom set of wheels rounds off the look.
The company will also be unveiling a modded Honda Civic Type R at the show, but no images of that one are available so far.
